Hiya! We are looking for a female flatmate to share our stunning 3 bedroom apartment at the Shore. The room has en-suite bathroom and private balcony. The rent for the room is 500 pounds plus bills. (could be up to 100 pounds more) We are 2 young professionals (27 and 31), who work during the day but most often around in the evenings. We like to keep the flat tidy and would appreciate the same from a flatmate. We also like to spend time together over dinner or some drinks, but at the same time respect eachother´s space!
