Room to Share in a in a Lovely Modern Leith Flat.

We are looking for a new person to take over the room in our a lovely, bright, modern flat in the heart of Leith.
It is a spacious double bedroom with built in wardrobe situated at the more quiet back side of the flat. This is a 3-bedroom property with a large kitchen and the bathroom will be shared between me and the next person to take over the advertised room as the third bedroom has its own en-suite.
Me and Erwin who are currently occupying two of the rooms are quiet people and most of the days we spend out of the flat mainly working or just busy and we very much respect each others space so we expect a similar minded person to join us in for a chilled but upbeat and positive flat-share in one of the coolest areas in Edinburgh. 😋
We are looking to find a mature working person who is responsible and will look after the place just like we do and be respectful of each others space. We like to keep the place tidy. We are also quite a nice bunch and we like our social time but nothing over the top. So we are hoping to find someone nice and easygoing that will easily fit in our space but also enjoy their time here as their place to unveil and feel at home.

The price for the room includes all bills.
