The flat has high speed internet, a washer-dryer, a weekly cleaner and free parking is available in a private car park.
I am a 26 year old professional accountant, non smoker with no pets. I eat out a lot both in the local area and in the city centre. I have also worked with study abroad students in the past so can give a mean walking tour of the historic bits of the city if you’re new in town!
I am willing to consider both short term and long term tenants.
