Double room modern top floor flat with great views

Double room available. Decent size room with plenty space. It has a double bed and will also buy wardrobe/drawers for the room and anything else that's realistically needed.

Small living room and big kitchen both with south facing windows which brings in a lot of light and creates a great atmosphere. living room has French windows that you can open and you can see Edinburgh castle and Arthurs seat from the window. Sun shines in all day.

I am male, 31, engineer and I work Monday to Friday 7 to 3/4. In the evenings I usually like to keep busy/exercise/climbing. I also travel quite a bit myself and with work so I can be away many weekends. I am a very outdoorsy person and spend quite a few weekends up in the highlands hiking/travelling. I play music but only at realistic times, during the day and not late evening.

Looking for someone similar to me. A professional with hobbies and interests. Definitely do not want a couch potato in the house 24/7. If student then Senior/ mature students only.

I am pretty chilled when it comes to house rules. I am not super clean, or super dirty, just normal. I live in a very quite block which is great.

Kitchen has dishwasher, brand new washing machine, fridge and freezer. Broadband.

Leith walk is like a 7 minute walk away. Shore is 10/15 mins. Walking to princess street is 25 mins. Theres a bus that leaves just outside the flat that goes to Princess street and up Lothian Road. ( 11 bus)

Will consider any let. Short term or long term.. Eventually I want a longer term let but I am fully flexible. I am flexible on rent price too.
