Double room to rent in Leith flat

We have a double room to rent at our lovely flat in Leith.
The flat is part of a well maintained new-build apartment block. We have a gym on the ground floor and free underground and on street parking.
You’ll have your own bathroom, wardrobe and other storage in the bedroom. The rest of the flat is fully furnished.
It’s a short 25 minute walk into the city centre, but also great bus route heading in all directions. Ocean terminal is 10 minutes away, and we are 5 minutes from Leith Walk and Broughton Street depending on which direction you head in.
There are lots of lovely cafes, restaurants and shops close by, and Tesco is a short walk away.
We are looking for a new flatmate who is easy going. We are happy to do our own thing, but equally would like someone to socialise with!
We usually work Monday to Fridays based in the city centre and spend the weekends either in Edinburgh or busy with family and friends, however this has changed to COVID.
We enjoy going to the gym, eating out and socialising.
