Garden room in newhaven leith Must love cats!

Hello’
I am a 33 year old Canadian. I am a published fiction writer with a day job( sometimes i don’t get home till 1am but am quiet) who lives with a needy, playful one year old cat named Ludwig. Looking for a flatmate who doesn’t mind Ludwig playing or sleeping in their room sometimes and doesn’t mind a cuddle from him. Also would like someone bookish! Queer, Trans, Non-Binary friendly space. I am an immigrant to Scotland so other immigrants welcome too❤️. Bathroom and kitchen have windows, big living room with built in bookshelves. I don’t like the landlord’s decor which is dull and grey so am trying to redecorate and make it more colourful- I would say my home style is grandma who reads Virginia Woolf. I am clean but not a neat freak and like clutter and lugging home random antique stuff from charity shops. More pics soon! Occasionally I have dinner parties and people visit from Canada. As I rent from an agency, potential flatmates will need references and proof of employment.
Unfortunately can’t have other cats as they bring out Ludwig’s sassy territorial side/ one of his favourite activities is chasing other cats off the communal backyard. He loves people and thinks he is a person.:)
