My current flatmate is moving out on 10/03/20 and I’m looking for a someone to take over her lease.
She is currently in the larger of the 2 bedrooms which has an en suite bathroom (the main bathroom is mine)
Flat is just off Easter road, top floor with a lift. Very warm and quiet too.
I work full time in hospitality so my hours are all over the place sometimes, I’m pretty laid back when it comes to household stuff aswell.
My cat is also sound and v friendly
Rent, council tax, electricity & internet totals about about 550pm
