2-bedroom first-floor flat in Leith with double bedroom to rent, within a quick walking distance to the Shore, Ocean Terminal and Newhaven harbour, with most buses giving quick access to the City Centre within 15-20 mins. Local amenities nearby (large Asda a 5-minute walk away) and an array of pubs, bars and restaurants within walking distance. Leith’s a popular spot with lots of culture and sights.

I spend most of my time working (currently from home due to lockdown) but enjoy cooking, having friends around to hang out and have dinner now and again and playing music and getting out and about in my spare time. It’s a house that has a good balance between quiet and relaxing and being open and sociable. Looking for someone who’s generally laid back but also doesn’t mind chipping in around the house and maintaining it in terms of cleanliness so we both get the best out of living here.
