A cosy two bedroom flat at Leith Links, directly opposite the Links, a short walk from Easter Road, close to London Road, Restalrig, The Shore and in the other direction, Portobello beach; there’s bus links and shops close by.

The room is unfurnished but the rest of the flat is furnished so potential housemates would only need to focus on their room. There’s a shower room and separate toilet, open plan kitchen and living room.

The rent at £320 each is for the whole flat (not a live-in landlord situation), utilities and council tax are relatively cheap too, in total everything comes to £435.

Would like a housemate who is friendly, honest, communicates well to avoid any issues, reliable with bills, tidy but wants a cosy liveable space to come home to. Someone who wants a home that’s chilled, easy to get along with and respects space. Dogs seem to be allowed (by the landlord) so wouldn’t be out of the question if you have one.

Sorry no couples and students (postgrad students are fine though).
