Large room in Easter Road flat

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for someone to move into a large room in Easter Road.

The room available is fairly big, and though it can't be seen in the picture, there is another door in the room that leads to a small empty area. The former flatmate used it to keep clothes and some gym equipment. So a lot of room if you need to bring things with you.
There is a large shared back garden for use in warmer weather.
The landlord advertised the place as a non smoking flat so if you smoke you'll have to do it outside.

I'm a pretty undemanding flatmate but I'm looking for someone who is going to stick to the current lockdown rules and not have people around the flat in the current climate.
