Hi my wonderful flatmate is moving out in June and I’m looking for someone to fill her room and take over from the middle of June.
I am a 26 year old professional so ideally looking for another professional with similar interests to move in. I am a very friendly, sociable and considerate person who is neat and tidy and easy to live with.
The room is a double unfurnished room in a modern converted beautiful flat in leith. The rest of the flat is fully furnished. It is located a 5 minute walk from the shore, 10 minute walk from ocean terminal and 25 minute walk to princes street.
The flat is a ground floor flat and is fully furnished minus the double room and consists of 2 bedrooms, one large bathroom with a bath and shower, a modern kitchen including a washing machine and dishwasher and a separate large living area with patio doors opening to a beautiful courtyard with a fountain (fancy I know)! I also have a TV with subscriptions to Netflix, now TV and Disney plus that are readily available.
The building used to be an old warehouse so the flats are spacious, cosy and homely feeling and also has a secure bikeshed available. The neighbours are all very friendly and considerate and range from professionals, families, to older residents who have lived here since the flats were converted!
Due to its excellent location you are spoilt for choice for shops, drinks, gyms, entertainment, food, leith links and transport which are all on the doorstep. There is a tesco express directly opposite the building, with a large tesco and lidl only five minutes walk away.
The bus stop is right next to the flat and will take you anywhere in the city including the airport - it’s great! There is also on street free parking available also right outside the flat.
The total cost is £585 per month and includes rent, electricity, council tax, broadband and communal fees which goes towards property, garden maintenance etc!
