Bright Double Room In Leith

Hi there! I'm looking for a new female flatmate to share a lovely top-floor flat just off Leith walk.

The flat itself is spacious, bright and airy with a large shared living room, kitchen and separate shower room and toilet. The room itself comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and shelves. There is also a washing machine, ironing board, microwave, freezer etc. along with fast WIFI.

The location of the flat is excellent and near plenty of shops, restaurants, pubs, the Leith Links and water of Leith with a bus connection to Edinburgh centre just in front of the door. I love how handy it is to get around here and the fact the flat is right in the middle of vibrant Leith, which is especially great in the summer.

I'm a 28 year old part-time mature student and also freelance English tutor who loves exploring the city, reading, travel, cooking, socialising cinema. I am friendly, easy to live with and respectful. It would be great to find a flatmate who wants to enjoy the flat together, hang out sometimes, cook, have a drink etc. but respect each other's space and keep the flat tidy.

The cost of the room per month is £470 per month including all bills (gas, electric, WIFI) apart from council tax ( tax band B), which is split evenly between us. The deposit is £470 and the first month’s rent.
