Double room to rent in Leith. Available from the 1st of July in a two bedroom flat. Near The Shore.
Price is: 400 (rent), plus bills (council tax, electricity and internet). Which in can be a total of 525 or 550 a month, approx. Deposit: one full month of rent (400).
Bathroom is shared, Nice bright living room, with views to the water of Leith. Comfortable double bed, with two build in wardrobes and a chest of drawers. Small kitchen, but with all the equipment needed and working: washing machine, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave.
You will be sharing with me: Spanish - female, working full time. Has lived in Edinburgh for 6 years, and the last two in this flat. Looking for a person that looks after the flat, is clean, and friendly. Either male or female. My flatmate will be moving away at the end of June, the room will be available from the 1st of July.
The flat is rented from a private landlady, who is quick when it comes to repairs, etc.
