Looking for lodger

Looking for a lodger / flat mate for spare room from 10th February. I am sometimes away with work so you will have space and definitely want someone who will look after it and be respectful. Price would range £750 or £900 a month depending if I am away for work or not, so would need someone with the ability to be flexible. 2026 looks like ill be away a lot so someone wanting space but also socialising when im around would be nice. Want someone who avoids crowds of people, isn’t a party goer and wanting lots of people in the flat socialising. Pets very welcome! It is an eco friendly flat with renewable energy used and eco cleaning products. I'd prefer someone who wants to be on board with sustainability stuff :)

Flat has beautiful view of leith links. Want someone to feel welcome and like a housemate sharing everything not a owner/ lodger creeping around feel. I sometimes look after a friends dog and foster animals so being ok with animals is a must. Needs to be a clean person treating the flat with respect like it's your own. Had some things done in the flat in September and October so you can enjoy new sofa, carpets in the bedrooms and a fancy new kitchen counter!
