(1) The Shore is within walking distance which has restaurants, bars & cafes. Again, bus stops within walking distance which goes straight into town.

(2) Asda, Sainsbury's & Aldi are within walking distance. Asda and Tesco deliver to this area (for food deliveries)

(3) Newhaven beach & Portobello are within walking distance

(4) Water of Leith path is by the Shore too for avid walkers :)
