5/6 month sublet in loft apartment on leith walk.

Hi!
So, I'm a sailor and am off to sea for 5 to 6 months from early February.
Looking for someone to take my room while I'm away.
The place is a lovely loft apartment on leith walk. Three bedroom place sharing with two other guys.
Jon (live in owner) works for NHS and it frankly, rarely home as his partner is in Glasgow.
Habib is a courier so is out almost every evening.
So, you'll have the run of the place 90% of the time.
It's a relaxed place to live.
There's a sofa and TV in the lounge but it's really only ever used while Jon cooks, so you'd be good to chill in there and watch some telebox.
I'd be looking for someone to take it till mid July, as l don't really want yo be trying to find so eone else short term from the middle of the ocean!
I play cello myself, so musicians are welcome. Housemates are understanding and never had complaint from neighbours.
Busses right outside that go to town, or waverley is about 20 mins walk.
