Sunny, warm and clean flat with a balcony and an amazing views over Arthur's seat, Calton Hill and the city.

The flat is located in a quiet cul de sac off Easter road. It's just a few minutes walk from Kirkgate, Tesco, Lidl, Leith Links and all the pubs and cafes of Leith Walk. The bus and tram connections from Easter Road and Leith Walk are very frequent and will take you quickly to anywhere in the city.

The room is fully furnished. You would have your own separate shower room/WC (I use my own en suite).
The kitchen/living room with the balcony and some additional storage space are shared.
Free parking space and locked bike store accessible from the ground floor.

You would be sharing a flat with me, a friendly creative industry professional male. When I'm home, depending on the mood, I like to cook (and eat), company of friends or a good book. When I'm not home it probably means I'm out dancing lindy hop, running or travelling.

I want to keep the flat clean, so your help will be expected to equally share the housekeeping duties.
Note there is no TV in the flat. Pets can be considered!
IT IS NOT A PARTY FLAT. Quiet week nights is a very important house rule.
