I am looking for someone to move into my current flat. The type of person i am looking for must be ok with me having people over throughout the week. I work in hospitality so I do my socialising on the weekdays, someone with the same background preferred.
The room available is large with a double bed, wardrobe, couch and as i have an en-suite the guest bathroom will be mainly for your sole use.
The property is very close to amenities being a couple minutes walk from an aldi and tesco along with lots of other shops.
It is also on the route of many busses so getting into town is pretty easy.
The room is available from the start of november, i rent from a letting agancy so any person applying will need to be approved but im sure that will be no problem.
I do have a cat which i know can be a deal breaker for some.
