Flat to share (between Leith and Princess St)

Hi everybody,

I am going back to France in June, the 14th so I let my room at this date and until (at least) the end of August in a beautiful and cosy flat to share with two amazing French females.

The flat is situated between Leith and Princess Street (15 min walking) with a lot of buses (7, 10, 11, 14, 16, 22, 25, 49, etc.). Plenty of supermarkets (5 to 10 min walking): Scott-Cooperative, Sainsbury, Lidl. The area is cool, young, international with a lot of pubs, restaurants, coffees, etc. We are in the last floor (3 floors) with a beautiful view of Edinburgh.
The rent is £333.34 + bills £25 + council tax £50

Sorry but no students (because of the council tax) and no couples (the flat is too small for four peoples).
My flatmates are looking for someone who share their “life style”, someone who agrees to receive people at home (friends, family), who is friendly, who likes to go out and shares moments with them. Don’t be afraid by the fact that they are French, they speak English too ^^
