Double room in a 2 bed partly furnished flat

Hi I’m Chloe and I’m looking for a professional to share this 2 bedroom flat with (Sorry but No students due to council tax reasons). It has been a lovely home to me for the past year.

This was an unfurnished flat that has been furnished by the current tenants. There is a double bedroom available *however this will need to be furnished with a bed as this is what I had to do when moving in*. There is a built in cupboard with a rail for your clothes and there is storage space. My current flatmate is also open to selling her drawers. The living area will have a couch, TV and a dining table. Rent is approx 530pcm including bills. A small deposit will also need to be paid. This room will be available from the 14th August.

The flat is on the 31 bus route to Princes Street (takes around 30 mins). It is in the Liberton area and is located next to Gracemount High School. It’s also close to the City of Edinburgh bypass. Car parking available.

I am going into my second year as a teacher. I am a tidy and clean person so like the flat to be kept that way. I am an easy-going person and would be respectful as a flat mate. I like to socialise so would ideally like someone that feels the same. However I also enjoy my own space which I’m sure everyone does!
