Double Bedoom in Liberton New Build

Hi guys, I have a double bed available in 3 bed townhouse in Liberton Grange as one of my housemates has moved out recently.

I am a live-in landlord and live with my girlfirend and one other male housemate. I'm pretty easy going and don't take things too seriously. I like sports - football mainly, running, eating out, having a few drinks, cars, movies, socialising...

The room is a good size and has a double bed, large built in wardrobe, bedside table and a towel rail.

The bathroom has a separate bath and shower which would be shared access with my other housemate. My girlfriend and I have an ensuite upstairs so don't use this bathroom. There is also another toilet downstairs.

The kitchen has all the usual conveniences... fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, gas hob, toaster, microwave, espresso machine, air fryer.

The living room has smart TV capabilities with Sky Sports, BT Sports, Netflix and Amazon Prime. There is also a garden with lawn and BBQ.

The house is on a main bus route into the city centre (#7, 37, 47), just off the A701 which runs through Newington and leads into town over the Royal Mile and North Bridge - about 20-25 mins away.

We have cats so please bear that in mind if you have any allergies. They don't go in the spare rooms but they're very friendly and enjoys curling up on the sofa and being petted.
