About the flat
We are all sociable, friendly and clean. It is a 3 bedroom flat (1 room available) with living room, and garden ( we currently have strawberries, blueberries, and herbs, yummy !).
There are two bus stops just within a 5 min walk from the flat, one has buses 3,8,29 and N3(night bus) and the other one has buses 24, 33, 38, 49. It takes 10 minutes to get to Nicolson Street and 15 to get to Princes Street. 15 min walk to King's Buildings and 5-10 min walk to the Royal Infirmary Hospital.
The flat is warm and has very good windows. The area is very quiet, we have a few shops just 1 min away on foot, some examples are Scotmid, hairdressers, Pharmacy, takeaways, etc. Within a 10 min walk there is a Sainsbury, an Aldi and a PoundWorld in Cameron Toll Shopping centre and in the other direction there is an Aldi, and a bit further away (5 min by bus) there is a Lidl and a Morrisons.
Preferably send me a text or a WhatsApp as I usually don’t answer calls as my phone is always on silent due being quite busy lately!
