Rooms comprising a spacious double bedroom with Smart TV, double bed, bedside tables, small sofa and dressing table with stool; a hallway with large mirrored sliding door wardrobe and a desk and chair for work/study; a shower room with electric shower, basin and toilet.

These rooms are downstairs in our family home. You would also have shared use of a large, very well equipped kitchen with dining area. The utility room has a washing machine.

There is a private landscaped garden to the rear, with seating for both dining and relaxing on the deck which gets the sun in the afternoon and evening; as well as a small breakfast table on the patio which gets the sun in the morning.

We are a sociable family, but equally respect the need for personal time.
