Cosy 3-Bedroom Flat in Marchmont

Hi there,

as my current flatmates are going to move out in April, I am looking for two new flatmates :)

The flat is located just south of the Meadows in Marchmont, it has three bedrooms, a shared living room, a nice kitchen and a large bathroom. The flat is on the top floor but it offers a beautiful view over the Meadows from the living room. The Meadows are just outside the front door and Holyrood Park with Arthur's Seat and Blackford Hill are very close by and it takes probably only 15-20 minutes to walk there. There are many bus connections close by and walking into the city centre takes about 10-15 minutes.

Both free bedrooms are quite spacious and cosy and the rent is about 600 GBP per month. The rooms will be available from the 22nd of April onwards until the 31st of August 2019.

About myself, I am 24 years old, originally from Northern Germany and came to the beautiful Edinburgh last September - and immediatelly fell in love with this town. I am a postgraduate film student specialising in cinematography and spent most of my time in uni and in the cinema.

It is a really nice flat which is why I want to look for new people to share it with instead of finding a new place myself ;)
