Im looking for a new flatmate as my flatmate has moved back to America.
The flat comprises of an entrance hall, 3 double bedrooms , 1 boxroom, kitchen/living room, bathroom with shower. I am only renting out one room at the moment so there's a lot of space in the flat for just 2 people!
All bills are included in the rent. (wifi, council tax, electricity, gas, stair cleaning, garden maintenance)
The flat is strictly non smoking (in any form).
The area has several convenience shops and is served by lothian buses 24, 41 and 5. About 20 minutes walk to Princes Street or West End/Haymarket
I currently work in finance for an oil & energy firm doing the usual office hours. I also have a part time role at the weekends so i may not be around too often.
It's not a party flat but I can be both sociable and an introvert so happy to adapt! Clean (OCD cleaners included) and considerate flat mates most welcome.
