Three very normal and well-adjusted people looking for a fourth flatmate.
The flat consists of; a large modern kitchen overlooking Arthur's seat and an updated modern bathroom. We share a garden with the building and a very large ginger cat. The flat is in a great location for pubs, supermarkets, and nice cafes. The flat also has a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher.
Bills (wifi, council tax, and gas and electricity) come to around £108 a month on top of rent. Would ideally be looking for someone who would be around long-term and also a professional just for council tax reasons.
The current rent for the room is £470 per month, this will go up to £500 from 1 July 2022.
We are a pretty laidback bunch but very clean and respectful of each other.
