Beautiful spacious room

Double room

Hi flat hunters,

We have a double room available FOR A COUPLE in a beautiful area of Marchmont.

The flat has two bathrooms, one of them is facing the garden and the Arthur’s seat. The room itself is facing the street, but as this is a pretty quiet area, there’s usually no noise during the night.

The room is fully furnished - double bed, wardrobe, small desk and a bookcase.

One of the flatmates is vegan, the other one not, but eats meat only occasionally so we would prefer (with all respect to everyone's dietary choices) a vegetarian/vegan couple or someone who wouldn’t cook meat at home. This is simply because we want all flatmates to be on the same page and enjoy living here.

The flatmates have very different working hours so we’re looking for a couple that would be respectful to others going to bed early/sleeping in sometimes. We keep the shared spaces clean and tidy so we’d love to live with someone who’s willing to do the same :)

The rent itself is £680 plus council tax, internet and bills (in total around £850 a month).

It’s only 3mins to the Meadows, Sainsbury’s just across the street and there are pubs and cafes around. The area is truly amazing.
