Funky 3 bed in Marchmont

Hello there, I hope you are all well and safe, myself and my flatmate have a room going in our humble abode.

Double room in Marchmont, rent is £498 a month, plus bills. Move-in date to be 14th August. We are preferably looking for a guy because we think that's a nice balance but also open if a girl feels like the right fit. Looking for somebody 24-29ish and ideally to be sound, clean and to be our friend as we are already good pals and hang out in the shared living space a lot.

We are both from lovely Galway in Ireland. I (Sinéad) am 26 and am working full-time with children as an art psychotherapist. Katelyn is 24 and studying Dietetics in Queen Margaret (all online now of course).

We have a large kitchen/ lounge area, we love our flat and keep it really clean and are always adding to it :) we have a big beautiful shared garden that gets the sun (if there is any) until about 6! We like listening to music, cooking, making an assortment of beverages, occasionally doing some painting/ creating, talking shite and going for pints or more so in these times drinking wine and beer.
