Hi there!

I'm Elias, a 24 years old postgraduate student from Germany studying Sustainable Energy Systems at the University of Edinburgh.
After having lived in Singapore for the past two years, I have just moved into a cozy and bright 2-bedroom flat in Edinburgh and I am now looking for a friendly and easy-going flatmate to share it with!

This top floor flat is newly refurbished and in pristine condition.
The living room and kitchen are fully equipped with a couch, dining table, gas stove, oven, washing machine, and plenty of cupboard space and a big storage room!

The available bedroom also comes fully furnished with a double bed, desk, nightstand, and multiple drawers.

The flat is centrally located in Marchmont in a very quiet neighborhood, 100m away from the Meadows, and only a 5 mins walk from George Square campus as well as loads of restaurants and bars on Nicholson Road.

The price for the room amounts to 550, the bills to around 30-40 per person. No council tax if you’re a student!

Here is a bit about me:

I love hunting for food around the area or cooking at home. During the week you will find me studying (hopefully), meeting up with friends, or doing sports! On the weekends I plan to do occasional trips into the highlands for hiking and maybe camping. I am looking for a tidy flatmate with similar interests, who is down to occasionally chill or cook meals together.

Ideally, I am looking for a student due to council tax reasons, in her/his 20s and who would like to stay here for at least 9 months.
