The room is a furnished airy double bedroom with ample storage including an Ercol desk and chair for working. The whole flat has been recently renovated by the landlord with lovely period features and wood floors. Also in the rest of the flat there is washer and dryer, dishwasher and a fabulous waterfall shower.

You would be less than a minute from the Meadows, with coffee shops, restaurants and Summerhall nearby.

It is a relaxed cosy flat and would fit someone who is willing to consider this a home, who equally both values their own space and flat hangouts, chatting over cooking, or impromptu drinks. It is an LGBT+ inclusive and supportive household.

About me: I’m a doctor so I work shifts, and in my spare time I like cooking (for more than just myself), yoga, running and trying to keep my plants alive.
