Bright double room available in Marchmont

A nice double room has become available in our friendly 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom flatshare. You will be sharing with two professionals – Duncan, 27, and Charlotte, 30, who are both pretty social and like to spend an occasional night together watching a film or having a beer/wine but also appreciate having their own private time. The flat is located in beautiful Marchmont, close to a few pubs, cafes and restaurants, a scot-mid co-op across the road and is a block away from the Meadows – perfect for popping out for a Summer barbecue. The room is £440/ month with a £440 deposit. Bills are split equally between 3 and generally come to around £80-100 each per month. The move in date is from March 1st. Viewings will be via video call and then the chosen applicant will have the option of viewing the flat in person (with appropriate PPE and social distancing).
