Sadly, I'm leaving my flat in Marchmont / Newington area and the current flatmates are looking for someone to fill the double bedroom.

The room is very BIG, and comes with a double bed, two mattresses, a wardrobe, 2 chest of drawers, bookshelves, TWO desks, and some beautiful succulents. There is plenty of storage place in the room, and in the house.

We have a massive living room overlooking the meadows with lots of chairs / sofas / shelves but its very cozy. Additionally, a large kitchen with an entire room for the freezer, as well as an extra room for more storage. Kitchen comes with a washer / dryer and pretty much every amenity you will need. All the rooms have big windows so are very bright.

IDEAL LOCATION!!
Literally on the meadows making it less than 10 minutes away from most student areas (library / university campuses / student residential areas). You'll be a 20 minute walk away from Princes Street but also there are loads of buses that go along the street. Being on the meadows essentially means you have one big garden!
Lots of supermarkets (Sainsbury's, Tesco Metro, Lidl, Chinese supermarkets) within short walking distances too!

Current flatmates:
You will be living with 2 professionals (male/female) and one PhD student (female). All extremely lovely people, who are always up for a chat but do have their own lives and different schedules. They like to keep the flat tidy.

COST:
The deposit is 410GBP
The monthly rent is 410GBP

This is not including bills -- the bills come to roughly 69-71GBP per month. Have never paid over 480GBP/month which is shockingly good considering the location.
