Two rooms available in marchmont !!

Welcome to our cosy flat on marchmont road conveniently opposite a Sainsbury’s and a co op for all your grocery essentials! Marchmont is a very studenty and friendly neighbourhood situated in the middle of Edinburgh so no where is too far to walk to. There are so many cute cafes close by giving you an endless list of places to get your daily caffeine fix.

Expect lots of cute nights cosied on the couch, daily cafe trips, the guide to the best coffee in Edin, all with a bit of wine involved ;)

The rent includes electricity and broadband charges but excludes gas which works out to be around £30 per month depending on usage split between all of us in the flat.

The flat has high ceilings, large windows, and has recently been completely renovated.

The bedroom to let is garden facing, with a solid oak double bed, a wardrobe and chest of drawers, a small desk and a chair. There is also a bay window and fireplace.

There is a large living/dining room with an original fireplace and a 55” TV. The kitchen is newly fitted with modern white gloss units and integrated fridge/freezer, microwave, induction hob, oven, dishwasher and washer/dryer. There is a modern bathroom with a walk in shower.

Expect wholesome and homely activities, we can act like an old married couple at times but we also know how to have a fun night :)) we’re 2 medical students in our third year and if you think you’d get along with us pls shoot us a message !
