Double Rooms in Marchmont, Academic Year 2021-22

Two double bedrooms available in a spacious student flat in Marchmont. We are looking for students or young professionals to move in for the next academic year beginning August 2021. We welcome applications from one or two people.

Myself and my flatmate are looking for two new flatmates to replace our friends who are graduating. We are both 22 and are studying for a Masters in Mechanical Engineering. Here are some more details about the flat:

- Four large double bedrooms

- Two bathrooms

- Large newly renovated kitchen

- Living room with two couches, TV and consoles

- Great storage space

- Wifi included in rent

- Gas and Electricity £5 per week

The flat is ideally located for a student in Edinburgh, with the universities, shops, gyms and Edinburgh night life all in easy walking distance. Parking and bicycle storage is available on the street and the flat has a maintained garden.

We are looking for kind, clean and considerate flatmates. We are easy going and enjoy spending time together. As such, we often have flat dinners, poker nights and movie nights. Under normal circumstances, we also enjoy the pub and flat parties. We’d hope that any new flatmates would get involved!
