One double bedroom available - Marchmont

We are currently looking for a new flatmate to join us in our Marchmont flat. The room will be available from the 16th August 2021. The flat is a traditional style tenement building situated a stones throw away from the Links, with a 10-15 min walk into the centre of town.
The flat itself hosts - Three large double bedrooms, large lounge/ dining area, kitchen & communal bathroom (soon to be updated). There is also a communal garden at the back of the property. Parking unavailable due to both permits being used. The room available is for single occupancy.

About your prospective flatmates
- 27 year old (male) working professional - Working in the Investment industry. Have been working from home due to COVID. Enjoy watching sports and chilling out in my down time. Other interests include: Golf, Beers, good food & traveling (when permitted).



- 24 year old (male) working professional - Works for Edinburgh Rugby. Enjoys all sports and outdoor activities as well as nights in with a film. 



What we are looking for:
We are looking for a working professional to occupy the room - Room is open to anyone (male or female). Unfortunately students are not permitted by the landlord. The flat all in all is a quiet one, so would be good fit for anyone similar to ourselves. We should note that this isn’t a party flat in any sense, but we are a social bunch who have the odd visitor/ pals over for an evening.

Bills:
circa £110 - £130 (not fixed)
(includes Council Tax/ Wifi/ Electric & Gas)



Additional costs:

(£5 - £10 every quarter (if needed) with all flatmates chipping in).
