2 Double Rooms Available Private Landlord

Hello everybody we have 2 rooms going on by September in our lovely flat. At the moment it is just me (Cris) a 23 years old guy from Spain doing Animal and Conservation Biology at Napier. In September Hector, from Mexico, will be joining to do his masters at Edinburgh Uni.

We are preferably looking for 2 female students (council tax purposes) vegan/vegetarian but we are open to discuss.
The flat is lgbtq friendly and we like to keep it CLEAN an ORGANISED. It would be nice to find someone we can socialice with, cooking together form time to time, play some games, museums and go on walks although we tend to be busy and focus in our stuff so respect and communication is a must.
We care about sustainability hence recycling is one thing that we apply here hahaha
The rooms are 450 each with bills and wifi apart. One of them is east facing and the other west facing, so you can choose sun in the morning or afternoon (when there is some obviously 🤪)

No toris, racists, party animals bla bla you know, what everybody wants in their lives
