Just an advertisement for a small double bedroom in marchmont.
The flat compromises of 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, a small kitchen, hallway, storage room and a good sized living room. Typical marchmont flat with high ceilings, and nice bay window looking out on the the street. We are on the 2nd floor with a secure locked door downstairs. Parking is available however it will have to a private zone 8 parking through the council as a permit is not included with the flat.
The meadows are about a 2minute walk away and we have so many wee cafes, pubs and shops all within 5 minutes. Really is a lovely place to live. Well kept communal shared garden too.
You'll be sharing with myself, and nick, both professionals. We are laid back, i work in a bar 5 days a week and nick is currently looking for work.
Its much more of a chilled flat with no mad parties happening every weekend if you know what I mean, Much prefer to use the living room to chill, play games and watch tv etc than dwell in my bedroom. We like to keep the flat clean and tidy, quite wary of clutter building up too.
