Student Double Room Marchmont £500PCM

Hi,

Myself and my two flatmates are looking for a new flatmate for the upcoming academic year starting from the end of July. We are a mix of 4th year engineering and biology students at Edinburgh Uni.

We are looking for students only for council tax reasons.

The flat we are currently living is about 10 minutes walk from Edinburgh Uni (Warrender Park Road, Marchmont).

The flat is large with:
- 4 double bedrooms
- large living room
- Kitchen
- Bathroom
- Storage room

The rent is £500PCM (bills not included) for a reasonable sized double bedroom.

We are sociable Biology and engineering students who like to play football, watch films, listen to music and of course go to the pub every now and then :)

The flat is always kept tidy and clean. We are easy going and respectful and wish to live with similar minded people.

If you are are interested or have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me . I am able to give viewings of the flat . We would be looking for a tenant who would be willing to sign a lease and complete an application/guarantor by mid July, to “officially” move in at the end of July.

Just to let you know , the tenant should be willing to complete a tenant application for Grant Property , which consists of a Uni reference , landlord reference, full guarantor check and 2 forms of ID as soon as possible in order to move in by the end of July.
