Hi All,
We're looking for someone to replace our current flatmate. The room would be available from 3rd April 2018 to 1 September 2018.
It's a ground floor flat, really well located near the meadows and about a 15-20 minute walk to the city centre.
The room is a double room furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk and chest of drawers.
Rent is £355 a month with bills/council tax on top of that (about £80 a month).
Currently we are a mix of students and professionals so are not fussed either way.
