Hi! We have a room available in 3 bedroom flat on the first floor for a postgraduate student starting September 2018 till September 2019.
We are continuing the lease for the flat and only need one more. We are both postgraduate students in engineering at UoE so we're ideally looking for another quiet, tidy postgrad.
The flat is on a quiet street and very close to the Meadows. Large kitchen with attached shared area for dining. Bus 41 and 24 are within 1 minute of the flat. The available room is a single room overlooking the shared garden of the block.
Bills are typically £40 in the summer to £60 in the winter. Will be adding photos soon!
