MON- FRI -Cosy Twin room, Overlooking Meadows

This is a MON-FRI (4 nights) let and for ONE person only.
Please note the photos on here are from my previous flat - I've just moved downstairs (same building) and am in the middle of doing decorating etc so these pictures are more reflective of how the flat will be -but of course you are welcome to come and see the current flat as it and use your imagination! Although I put 01/10/22 as a move-in date -it would be possible to move in earlier but there would likely still be some work ongoing.
The flat overlooks the Meadows and you're welcome to share the lounge and dining kitchen. There's a shower-room which will be primarily yours.
The location is great: 15 mins to Princes St/ Waverley Station with lots of buses nearby, one stop right outside (no 41). You can see the university from the flat.
I'm looking for someone who's easy-going, good fun; clean, tidy and mindful of the environment
I have always had lodgers (and most are now good friends). I'm pretty young-minded and easy going. I try to be environmentally-friendly in how I live too.
I also tutor from home a couple of days a week 4-8 pm.

It's also helpful if you have a profile on here too. I'm flexible if you want less nights (probably not less than 3) a week or if you need some weekends.
