The flat is shared with 1 female flatmate (professional, early thirties) and has a spacious living room overlooking the Meadows with a view of Arthur’s seat, fireplace, and TV, large eat-in kitchen overlooking the shared garden (includes gas oven, dishwasher, microwave, washer / dryer, all crockery / utensils), bathroom and separate shower room. The available bedroom has a double bed, desk, wardrobe, and gets plenty of daylight via 2 skylights.

The Meadows are just across the road, and the centre of town is only a 10-minute walk away, with plenty of shops, cafes, and other amenities within short walking distance.

Rent is £600 per month, not including bills / Council tax. Deposit is one month’s rent (£600). Cat-friendly (on private live-out landlord’s approval).
