Double bedroom available in a furnished flat in Greenbank, near Morningside. 1st floor flat (lift in the building if required) in a quiet cul de sac. Shared lounge/ dining area, kitchen and study. There's a bathroom (with bath and separate shower) that will mostly be yours unless there are guests around.

I own the flat and live there. I'm a 28 year old professional who has a varied work schedule (including nights and weekends). Enjoy the gym, travelling, cinema, hiking, eating out in my spare time. Looking for someone who is easy-going, tidy, respectful of others' property/space and someone I get along with!

The flat is next to a bus stop for quick access to all areas of the city. Walking distance into Morningside. On street parking is always available outside (no permit required). There's a bike shed for the building with an access code.

Rent is £150 per week including council tax, TV (Netflix and Sky TV), internet and factors fees. Gas and Electricity is additional, paid monthly. Could be flexible with move in date for the right person.
