One double room available in a Town house

The 3 level town house is situated on Comiston Road, It has 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Currently I am living with another female guest. I will be renting out one double bedroom. who will share the bathroom/showroom with the other guest. The bright fully furnished double room is available to rent, from the 1st Dec 2020. with a shared shower/bathroom situated on the same level. The double room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk and a chair. Towels and bedding provided.
The house is only 20 -25 min away from the city centre with free car parking and with a 10 min 24 hour bus service just on the door stop.
The Guest will have full use of the kitchen and will be usually sharing with another guest. The kitchen is situated on the lower level with a door opening to the garden, private parking space is available. Parking in the street is also free. Bus stop is on the door step. Bus number 11 , 15 and 101 service runs from outside the house every 10 min, night buses are also available. We have few shops situated on the main road.

Come and go as you please with your own key. Cooking, washing clothes facilities are available. You can store your things in a separate cupboard and fridge.
