Double room to rent in Morningside

Heya!!

My flatmate is moving out soon and I'm looking for someone to join me in a spacious 2 double bedroom flat for long term. The flat is in Morningside, with a few shops, cafes and bus stops around. It is fully furnished with a kitchen, living room, laundry room and a couple of box rooms, we have a washing machine and a dishwasher. The rent is £497.5 and the deposit is £547.5, the bills come up to £140 with council tax.

I'm looking for a professional female that would enjoy chatting with me after work and going out into the city or for a walk around from time to time. We like to keep the flat tidy and clean, so I hope to find someone who would do the same. I'm not a party animal so I would expect the new person not to throw parties, unless it's with a few close friends. I work as a software engineer and am a bit of a tech and diy nerd so I can be found fixing and making stuff around the flat. I've also installed a cinema resembling entertainment system, so epic movie nights guaranteed!

No smokers and no pets unfortunately :/ agency's requirements.
