Hi, I’m currently looking for a flatmate to move in mid December / beginning of Januar . The house is 20 minutes by bus from town (bus stops are 3-minute walk distance), 10-minute walk to Morningside Road (where there are lots of different cafes and restaurants) and there are different supermarkets within walking distance.

The location is perfect for commuting into town by public transport and it also has easy access to A71, M8 and the city bypass (there is free parking on street).

The room is a nice double bedroom, facing to an interior shared garden (it’s really quiet). I’m ideally looking for someone to stay a minimum of 6 months, but it’s negociable. The price is £580 a month (all bills are included) and you’ll be sharing the house only with me.

I'm looking for someone who I can get along with. I consider myself a friendly person, I do enjoy spending quality time at home with the person I live with chatting over a glass of wine or watching a TV series. I do love the outdoors and enjoy reading a book in a quite cold winter evening as much as having a friendly pint in a local pub.
