I am looking for a student to take over my room in Morningside in April. It’s £580 per month not including bills but shouldn’t be more than £30 for bills. It has a double bed, a night stand with drawers, a wardrobe with a mirror, a desk, and a bookshelf built into the wall and a radiator.
There are three other students living in the flat, 2 males and 1 female, all students. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a washer and dryer. The bathroom has a bathtub aswell as a shower. It’s located right across the street from a Waitrose and a Sainsbury’s, Boots, Superdrug, and Tesco are on the same road.
