It also comes with a small box room and several storage cabinets. Bathroom with electric shower over bath, and big, bright kitchen with a dining area overlooking the garden.
The kitchen comes with washing machine, dryer, microwave, fridge, freezer, hob and oven.
The rent is £1150a month - around £380 each and 50/60 for bills depending on usage.
