Lovely Room to Rent in Great Morningside Flat

Hi,

I'm looking for a flat mate to join me in a clean, fresh well decorated flat in Morningside.

It is in a great location with several shops and cafés on our doorstep- m&s is a 2 min walk away and waitrose about 4.

The room for rent is a double with a wardrobe, drawers & plenty of storage space under the bed- there is also a small storage cupboard in the hallway for a few things and the bed in it is brand new.

Myself- I'm 30, professional and work long hours. I am very clean and very particular- the photos are how the flat looks all the time & isn't a party flat.

The new flatmate will need to be tidy- stuff kept in room, rinse the bath out etc general respect. We have a cleaner once a week too- would not suit messy or "it can wait" mantra.

I'm looking for someone of a similar age to live with- preferably a female as I've always lived with guys but am open. I'm trying to get back into fitness atm, see more of Edinburgh, cinema etc. Also finally going to make myself learn how to cook (hopefully) Would like someone who I can get on with and socialise with but give each other space :)

Rent for your room would be £350 a month + bills (CT, Internet, gas & electric and cleaner)

Move in date as soon as possible
