Hey guys, we have a spare room in our flat in Morningside! Location is super close to the Bruntsfield Links and the Meadows and great bus links to anywhere in Edinburgh!
The flat itself is a 4 bed, 2 of which are Midwives working in the hospital and an English student! Because of this we're preferably looking for another professional for council tax reasons!

Due to a lot of long shifts, we aren't a party flat but we do enjoy going for dinner and drinks and definitely get a wee night out once covid is done with! We're all pretty clean and chilled out and looking for someone who is similar to ourselves!

The flat comes with a large bright living kitchen/living area, plenty of storage, tv, dishwasher and washing machine. The room is also fully furnished with shelving, wardrobe, desk and bedside tables. The rent is ££537.50, bills on top are approx ££30/ month including wifi and we're council tax Band E. Room is available by 24th March although could be negotiable!!
